Now that's what I call a deadline!
Go tell the world.
The clock's ticking, the globe's a Hollywood-style bomb. We need a new Bruce Willis.
Isn't climate action rhethoric getting increasingly interesting? I must soon get around to writing down my ideas about what that salvationist trope implies and what unpredicted consequences it might have.
I'm thinking millenary Christianity in 'Name of the Rose' times, Umberto Eco ... millenary communism (class, consciousness and salvation in revolutionary Russia), Igal Halfin and so forth.
Now we've moved from 'save the planet, kill yourself' to a want-ad for 'a deadline-oriented savior, must cook good vegan food and like hollidays in the great outdoors'.
edit: found some cool pictures of suffragettes, related to the curious climate rush in London tomorrow.
